Birtley House Nursing Home, near Guildford, Surrey, has been run by the same family since the 1920s. Set within a beautiful country house and surrounded by acres of stunning gardens and parkland, they provide high-quality residential care for older people.

At the beginning of 2021, Birtley House needed 5 care assistants. They had tried a number of avenues to recruit, including job boards, such as Indeed and, more recently, a 3rd party recruitment agency specialising in the care sector. None of which were successful.
