About Bradbury House
Based in the South West, Bradbury House provides residential care for adults with learning disabilities and also those with complex mental health needs.
Bradbury House needed 20+ Support Workers at one of their larger services, but were struggling to recruit the staff they needed, in part due to the location of the service. They had tried everything, including job boards such as ‘Indeed’, which delivered very little in return.
