Based in the South West, Bradbury House provides residential care for adults with learning disabilities and also those with complex mental health needs.

Bradbury House needed 20+ Support Workers at one of their larger services, but were struggling to recruit the staff they needed, in part due to the location of the service.  They had tried everything, including job boards such as ‘Indeed’, which delivered very little in return.

As a result, the team at Bradbury House were heavily reliant on agency staff to cover the service, which was not sustainable in the long term, both in terms of cost and the negative impact on consistency of care.
