Based in Sheffield, Exclusive Secure Care Services provides specialist conveyance services for adults and young people who have been sectioned under the Mental Health Act, as well as providing secure residential accommodation for vulnerable young people.

Based in Sheffield, Exclusive Secure Care Services needed 40-50 staff to meet the growing demand for their specialist services.  According to their Managing Director, Andy Challoner, they had tried many different recruitment channels – including outsourced recruitment agencies and job boards such as Indeed – without success.
