About Home Instead Cleveland

Home Instead Cleveland, part of the global Home Instead franchise and one of 220 Home Instead offices across the UK, provides personalised, relationship-led domiciliary care for older people in the North East.

They needed to increase the number of CAREGivers in order to grow their business and meet the increasing demand for domiciliary care services, but were struggling to recruit through traditional channels such as job boards, which had a very low conversion rate.

They would often be engulfed by applications, most of whom were not suitable, nor interested in the role. This meant that staff spent a significant amount of their valuable time filtering out time wasters, with a very high ‘no-show’ rate for screening calls, interviews and training courses.

Within 3 months of using Recruitomate, Home Instead Cleveland had quadrupled their CAREGiver hiring, significantly decreased ‘no-show’ rates and, for the first time, their new CAREGiver training courses were full.
