Sunrise Senior Living UK is a provider of premium residential elderly care, operating approximately 50 residential care homes across the UK.
Faced with the toughest care recruitment market yet seen and huge competition for care talent, Glenn Milton, Sunrise’s Head of Talent Acquisition, wanted to find new ways to reach both active and passive candidates and tap into a pool of talent that their competitors didn’t have access to.
